Southwark — 33,505 m²
Full planning permission for the comprehensive redevelopment of three parcels of land along Snowsfields in the London Bridge area (92-96 Snowsfields, the NCP car park, and 111 Snowsfields/Margaret House). The existing buildings, including a public house, four retail units with residential above, an eight-storey NCP public car park, and a former hostel building, would be demolished.
Three new buildings ranging from 7 to 15 storeys (and partly lower) would be constructed, providing 33,505 sqm (GIA) of floorspace, of which 32,466 sqm would be flexible life sciences (laboratory and office, Class E(g)). The scheme also includes ground floor retail and cafe units (Class E(a-b)), a 'science on display' education/exhibition space, community performance floorspace, and a re-provided public house (Sui Generis).
It is car-free, with cycle parking, an internal servicing yard, improvements to the surrounding streets and public spaces and to the highway, and landscaping. The development forms part of the SC1 Life Sciences Innovation District and the London Bridge Health Cluster.

- Tower Hamlets (PA/24/02227/A1) — 53 homes · 6,661 m² — Demolition of the existing three-storey office building (Albert Jacob House) and construction of a part 5, part 6, part 9 storey building comprising five commercial units (Use Class E) totalling around 350 sqm at ground floor and 53 affordable residential units (Use Class C3). The scheme includes associated landscaping, relocation of a substation, six disabled car parking spaces, cycle parking, and public realm improvements on Roman Road and Bacton Street.
- Camden (2025/4814/P) — 1,652 m² — The change of use of the first floor and mezzanine office space (1,652 sqm, Use Class E) at 12-13 Stable Street, within the Grade II listed Western Transit Shed at King's Cross, to educational use (Use Class F1(a)) for a temporary period of up to 20 years, providing teaching space for Central Saint Martins to accommodate around 210 additional students. The works include creating an internal opening to connect the space to the adjoining Granary Building and installing three condenser units within the existing rooftop plant enclosure.
- Hounslow (P/2026/0385) — 9 homes · 1,075 m² — The application provides for the change of use of nine three-bedroom residential units within Blocks G3 and G4 of the Lampton Parkside development from Use Class C3 (Residential) to flexible Use Class C3/C4, allowing the units to be let either to families or to unrelated sharers as houses in multiple occupation. No physical or material building works are proposed, and the nine units represent a small part of the 73 homes in the two blocks.
